The problem we kept seeing

Every IT manager at a growing company faces the same situation. Their team is scaling, support requests are coming from Slack, WhatsApp, email, and verbal conversations — and there's no system to track any of it. Tickets fall through the cracks. Nothing gets properly documented. The IT team spends more time chasing status updates than fixing actual problems.

The obvious solutions — ServiceNow, Jira Service Management, Zendesk — are built for companies with dedicated IT departments of 20+ people, six-month rollout timelines, and five-figure annual contracts. They're powerful. They're also completely the wrong tool for a team of three IT staff supporting 150 employees.

UpResponse exists to close that gap. Enterprise-grade reliability, SME-appropriate pricing, and a setup that takes hours not months.

What we're building

A helpdesk platform that does the things modern IT teams actually need — AI-powered ticket triage, WhatsApp ticketing so users don't need to log in anywhere, SLA tracking, a knowledge base that gets smarter over time, and a dashboard that gives you the full picture without needing to run a report.

We're in early access. That means we're working directly with the first teams using UpResponse to make sure the product fits how they actually work — not how a product manager assumed they would.

If that sounds like your team, we'd like to hear from you.

How we think about this

01
Honest over impressive

We won't claim features that don't exist or bury limitations in fine print. If something isn't built yet, we'll say so.

02
Simple over powerful

A feature your team doesn't use is just noise. We'd rather do fewer things well than ship a bloated platform that needs a consultant to configure.

03
Priced for the real world

SMEs shouldn't have to choose between proper IT support and financial sense. Starting at $10 per user per month with no hidden seat minimums.

04
Built with early customers

We're not building in a vacuum. Every team in early access gets direct access to us. Their feedback shapes what we build next.
